All prices F.O.B. Staley Plant and are subject to change without notice.  All orders are booked contingent upon our ability to make shipment and are subject to delays beyond our control.

As products of nature, our materials are subject to variations in color, shape, analysis, and hardness.  Sizing is approximate only.  All statements, literature and recommendations relating to our products are based on tests we believe to be reliable, but the accuracy or completeness thereof is not guaranteed, and the following is made in lieu of warranties, expressed or implied.

Seller's only obligations shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective, and does not extend to cover labor or any other materials used.  Seller shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising from the use or the inability to use the product for its intended use (including the match of color and sizing to any other similarly labeled material), and user assumes all risk therewith.  Seller will not consider any claim or refund unless material is held unused pending its inspection.  The foregoing may not be changed except by an agreement signed by an officer of seller.
